1. Eligibility for Returns
Defective Products Only. We accept returns only if the item you received is defective due to a manufacturing fault, arrives damaged, or is materially not as described.
Exclusions. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect shade selection, cosmetics with broken seals (unless damaged in transit), or products that have been opened, used, or altered by you beyond initial inspection.
2. Return Window
31-Day Limit. All return requests for defective products must be initiated within 31 days of the original delivery date.
Date Calculation. The 31-day period begins on the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
3. How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@try-beauty.com within the 31-day window.
In the subject line, include “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Information Required
Order number, product name(s), and quantity.
Description of the defect or damage (please be specific).
Photographic evidence showing the defect or damage.
Review
We will acknowledge your email within 2 business days and may request additional information or photos to assess the defect.
4. Assessment & Discretion
Our Discretion. All return approvals are at Try-Beauty’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet this policy or appears to be the result of misuse, normal wear, or customer error.
Inspection. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the defect is verified, we will process your return according to the remedies outlined below.
5. Remedies
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following, at our discretion:
Replacement: We will ship a new, non-defective item of equal value at no additional cost.
Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the defective item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the defect was due to our error.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Return Shipping
Prepaid Label: If we determine the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Your Responsibility: If we do not provide a prepaid label, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival.
7. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Unless clearly defective, the following are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., applicators, testers) once opened
Clearance or final-sale products
8. Cancellation of Approved Returns
If we determine upon inspection that an item is not defective, we may:
Return the item to you at your expense, or
Offer a partial refund at our discretion, or
Decline the return and issue no refund.
