By accessing or using the website https://try-beauty.com/ (“Website”), or by purchasing any products or services through Try-Beauty.com (“Try-Beauty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Website or place any order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Agreement. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Try-Beauty concerning your use of the Website, any purchases you make, and any content you upload. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 Modifications. We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any material changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website, with the “Last Updated” date above reflecting the change. Your continued use of the Website after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.3 Eligibility. You represent and warrant that you (a) are at least 16 years of age or, if younger, have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Website; (b) have full power, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms; and (c) will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
2. Account Registration & Security
2.1 Account Creation. In order to access certain features of the Website—such as making purchases, leaving reviews, creating wishlists, or interacting with community features—you may be required to create a user account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information up to date.
2.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, email address, and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Try-Beauty will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
2.3 Account Security. We recommend choosing a strong password and enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) if it is available. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, whether or not you authorized it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if we believe it has been compromised or is in violation of these Terms.
2.4 Account Termination. You may cancel or deactivate your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your Account, refuse to provide you with access to all or part of the Website, or take any other action if we believe that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
3. Orders & Purchasing
3.1 Product Descriptions. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, pricing, or other content on the Website is completely accurate, current, or error-free. All prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Order Acceptance. All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Try-Beauty. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
Product availability;
Errors in product or pricing information;
Fraud prevention; or
Your failure to meet any eligibility criteria.
If an order is canceled after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount paid.
3.3 Payment Terms. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method at the time you place your order. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other payment methods we may add in the future. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full payment information.
3.4 Taxes & Duties. Prices displayed on the Website may or may not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or other charges. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction. If we are required by law to collect taxes or duties, such amounts will be added to your order total at checkout.
3.5 Shipping & Delivery. We ship to select regions worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees vary based on location, shipping method, and product type. All shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen events. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise specified.
3.6 Returns & Exchanges. Our Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Return Policy carefully for details on eligibility, timeframes, and procedures for returning or exchanging products. Product condition, packaging requirements, and proof of purchase may be required for a successful return or exchange, as set forth in the Return Policy.
3.7 Promotions & Discounts. Promotional codes, coupons, gift cards, or other forms of discounts (collectively, “Promotions”) may be subject to additional terms (e.g., minimum purchase amount, expiration date, one-time use). If we discover that you redeemed a Promotion in violation of its terms, we may cancel or modify your order, require payment for the discounted amount, or otherwise refuse to honor it.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership. The Website, including all content (e.g., text, images, logos, graphics, button icons, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software) and any accompanying documentation (collectively, “Try-Beauty Content”), is owned by Try-Beauty or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom, European Union, and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Try-Beauty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may view, download (for caching purposes), and print pages from the Website for your own personal use, provided that you retain all copyright or proprietary notices.
4.3 Restrictions. You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Try-Beauty Content, except as permitted by these Terms;
Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers, spiders) to access, monitor, or copy any content from the Website without our prior written permission;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used by or on the Website;
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (e.g., trademark or copyright notices) on the Website or any content you download from the Website;
Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of the Website into any other website.
4.4 Trademarks. “Try-Beauty,” the Try-Beauty logo, and other marks indicated on the Website are proprietary to Try-Beauty or our affiliates. You may not use any of our trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service that is not Try-Beauty’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any way that disparages or discredits Try-Beauty.
4.5 User-Generated Content License. By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments, or other content (“User Content”) to the Website, you grant Try-Beauty and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, publicly perform, and create derivative works of your User Content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose (including commercial purposes), without compensation to you. You also waive any moral rights in your User Content to the extent permitted by law.
4.6 Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Website—whether by email, through a form, or otherwise—you grant Try-Beauty an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute such feedback or suggestions for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and treaties in your use of the Website, including consumer protection laws, data protection laws, and export control regulations.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
5.2.1 Illegal Activities.
Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose (e.g., identity theft, money laundering, unauthorized access to computer networks, phishing).
5.2.2 Offensive, Harmful, or Harassing Content.
Post, upload, or transmit any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, invasive of privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
Harass, threaten, stalk, or incite violence against any individual or group;
Encourage or depict self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating behaviors.
5.2.3 Intellectual Property Infringement.
Post, upload, or transmit any User Content that infringes on the trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party;
Use My Account to infringe intellectual property rights, including uploading pirated software, images, videos, music, or other copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
5.2.4 Security Violations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, the Website’s computer systems, networks, or servers;
Intercept or interfere with any communications to or from the Website;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Website, including any software or code;
Disrupt the normal flow of the Website or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure (e.g., denial-of-service attacks).
5.2.5 Automated Data Collection.
Use robots, spiders, scrapers, data mining tools, or other automated devices or processes to harvest information or content from the Website, unless expressly authorized in writing by Try-Beauty;
Circumvent any robot exclusion protocols or other measures we may employ to prevent or restrict automated data collection.
5.2.6 Manipulation.
Use the Website to post fake reviews or manipulate product ratings;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
Use another user’s credentials to access or use the Website.
5.2.7 Other.
Use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Try-Beauty server, or the network(s) connected to any Try-Beauty server, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website;
Use any means to collect or track the personal information of others without their consent;
Use the Website to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms.
5.3 Reporting Violations. You may report any violation of these Terms by emailing abuse@try-beauty.com. We will investigate claims of misconduct and may take appropriate remedial action, including removing content, suspending or terminating your Account, or pursuing legal action.
6. Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution (Digital Millennium Copyright Act)
6.1 Copyright Infringement Claims. If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our designated agent with a written notice containing the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Website (e.g., URL);
Contact information for the complaining party (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the allegedly infringing material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6.2 Counter-Notice. If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the local federal court sitting in London, UK, or that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.

6.3 Repeat Infringers. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
7. User Content & Community Guidelines
7.1 Ownership of User Content. You retain ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to the User Content you post on the Website. By posting User Content, you grant Try-Beauty the license described in Section 4.5.
7.2 Community Standards. When you contribute User Content—such as reviews, ratings, photos, comments, or forum posts—you agree to abide by the following guidelines:
7.2.1 Accuracy & Authenticity.
Provide honest and accurate reviews and ratings based on your genuine use of the products. Do not publish false or misleading testimonials.
7.2.2 Respect & Civility.
Respect other users. Do not post content that harasses, intimidates, bullies, defames, or insults another person or group.
Use civil language; do not use hate speech, profanity, or vulgar expressions.
7.2.3 Privacy & Confidentiality.
Do not post personal data about yourself or others (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, financial information, social security numbers).
Do not disclose personal or sensitive information about Try-Beauty employees, vendors, or third parties.
7.2.4 Relevance & Quality.
Keep your contributions relevant to the topic (e.g., product reviews should focus on the product’s performance, quality, and features).
Avoid spam, repetitive posts, or promotional content.
7.3 Right to Moderate & Remove. We reserve the exclusive right to monitor, edit, refuse to post, remove, or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Such content may be removed without notice, and we shall have no liability for doing so.
7.4 Community Features. The Website may offer community features—such as discussion forums, Q&A, user galleries, or social feeds—where you can interact with other users. By using these features, you agree that any information you provide may be seen by other users. Do not share private or sensitive information in these public areas.
8. Subscriptions & Recurring Services
8.1 Subscription Services. We may offer subscription-based services or membership programs—such as monthly beauty box deliveries, premium content access, or loyalty memberships—(collectively, “Subscription Services”). The terms for each Subscription Service, including pricing, billing frequency, automatic renewal, and cancellation procedures, will be provided at the time of enrollment and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Automatic Renewal. Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
8.3 Cancellation & Refunds. You may cancel a Subscription Service at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in your Account settings or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refund eligibility (full or partial) is subject to the specific terms of each Subscription Service and applicable laws.
8.4 Promotional Trials & Introductory Pricing. We may offer free trials or introductory pricing for new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, you will be charged the standard subscription rate upon expiration. We will send reminders before your trial expires when required by law.
9. Payment Disputes; Chargebacks
9.1 Billing Disputes. If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge on your account, you must notify us promptly. We will investigate and, if warranted, correct the error and refund any erroneous charges.
9.2 Chargebacks. You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer or bank for any order unless you have a valid basis (e.g., the product was never delivered, or it was materially not as described). If you file a chargeback in bad faith, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account, and you will remain liable for any outstanding balance.
10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
10.1 No Warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all Try-Beauty Content, products, and services provided through the Website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 Information Accuracy. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, colors, or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
10.3 Professional Advice. The beauty and cosmetic information provided on the Website—such as tutorials, product recommendations, or beauty tips—is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (e.g., medical, dermatological, or aesthetic advice). You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any content found on the Website.
10.4 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Try-Beauty (or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity), arising out of or in connection with:
Your use of or inability to use the Website or any Try-Beauty Content;
Any products or services purchased or obtained through the Website;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Statements or conduct of any third party on the Website;
Any errors or omissions in the content; or
Any other matter relating to the Website, even if Try-Beauty has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Cap on Liability. In no event shall Try-Beauty’s total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever exceed the amount you actually paid, if any, for the products or services giving rise to such liability during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability. If you have not purchased any products or services, Try-Beauty’s maximum liability shall be £100.
10.6 Exclusions & Limitations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Try-Beauty will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Try-Beauty and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively, “Indemnitees”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:
Your access to or use of the Website;
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of a third party;
Your User Content or any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Website;
Any allegation that your use of the Website infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or other rights of a third party; or
Your negligent or willful misconduct.
Try-Beauty reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which event you agree to cooperate with Try-Beauty in asserting any available defenses. You shall not settle any matter without Try-Beauty’s prior written consent.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You. You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support or by using the Account deletion feature if one is provided. Upon termination, these Terms and any rights granted to you will immediately cease.
12.2 Termination by Try-Beauty. We may suspend or terminate your Account, remove or disable access to the Website, or block your future access if:
You breach any provision of these Terms;
We suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with your Account;
We are required to do so by law, regulation, or an order from a governmental authority; or
We discontinue offering the Website or any portion thereof to users, with or without notice.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for any reason:
All rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease;
You must immediately cease all use of the Website;
We may delete or deactivate your Account and remove all related information from our active databases;
Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Disclaimers & Limitations), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Termination), 13 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution), and 14 (General Provisions).
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution. If any dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or your use of the Website, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Customer Support at support@try-beauty.com and providing a detailed description of the dispute.
13.3 Arbitration Agreement. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”) under its Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with LCIA rules. The seat of the arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of England and Wales. Judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
13.4 Exceptions. Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement above, you or Try-Beauty may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in London, United Kingdom, to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
13.5 Class Action Waiver. You and Try-Beauty agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between Try-Beauty and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other person’s claim, and you hereby waive the right to participate in a class action or representative or consolidated proceeding.
14. Third-Party Services & Links
14.1 Third-Party Websites. The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that we do not control (“Third-Party Services”). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of these Third-Party Services. Your interactions with Third-Party Services are solely between you and the third party. You should read and understand the terms and privacy policies of those Third-Party Services before using them.
14.2 Third-Party Tools & APIs. We may offer integration with third-party tools, plugins, or application programming interfaces (“APIs”). Your use of any such integration is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the third-party providers.
14.3 No Endorsement. Any reference, hyperlink, or mention of a Third-Party Service on the Website does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between us and that Third-Party Service.
15. Privacy & Data Practices
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Website, you consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
16. Notifications & Electronic Communications
16.1 Electronic Communications. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages, you will still receive transactional or service-related communications (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notifications).
17. Compliance with Export & Sanctions Laws
You acknowledge that products, software, or technology available through the Website may be subject to export control laws, sanctions, or embargoes imposed by the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, or other jurisdictions. You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or use any such products, software, or technology in violation of applicable export laws. 18. Taxes, Duties & Customs

19. Waivers & Severability
19.1 Waiver. No waiver by Try-Beauty of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
19.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Try-Beauty’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. Try-Beauty may assign or transfer these Terms at its sole discretion, without restriction.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Try-Beauty regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, discussions, or communications between you and Try-Beauty regarding the Website.
22. Force Majeure
Try-Beauty shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government orders, labor disputes, power failures, or interruptions in telecommunication or internet service.
